After moving from New Jersey to Chicago, it was especially challenging to connect with new people, since I wasn’t in school or working full time. As an introvert who values meaningful, quality relationships, I connect best in settings that allow natural interactions.

A few months ago,  I unexpectedly ran into one of my husband’s former classmates at a local cafe in Cincinnati. We sat down, had coffee, and talked for about an hour. He also mentioned how difficult it can be to meet like-minded people. The cafe was like a welcoming community space—regulars greeted one another, exchanged brief conversations while enjoying their coffee. I felt a sense of belonging and fulfillment that moment.

Inspired by this, I designed an app that helps users connect through shared interests and hobbies, fostering community, personal enrichment and a sense of belonging. People can engage in activities such as sports, outdoor adventures, art classes, and more, creating opportunities to build meaningful relationships in real life.
